We start with a simple premise: Our drivers and vans have to be the best. They can't come in second or third. They must be the best. To make sure that happens, our standards are higher than required by law. Why go to the extra trouble? Because patients aren't packages. They're people we believe should be treated as if they were our own relatives.

About Our Drivers

All of our drivers are carefully selected to make sure that they meet or exceed state and local standards. They are required to have successfully completed a defensive driver's training course, and have years of experience in transporting patients. We have on staff drivers certified in CPR and first aid, and receive additional training by a licensed physical therapist. We make sure our drivers know proper techniques for handling IV lines, peg tubes, ostomy devices, orthopedic equipment, and other medical equipment that patients might require for transport.

And, because we believe patients deserve the highest respect, our drivers wear dress shirts and ties.

About Our Vans

Our transport vehicles, Ford E-250 vans, receive the same diligent attention as do our drivers. The vans are smoke-free and specially outfitted for wheelchair and stretcher transfers. They include state-certified lifts, wheelchair and stretcher locks to prevent shifting, first-aid kits, fire extinguishers, GPS, communication radios, climate control, and sound systems to provide music to patients who desire it.

The vans are inspected daily, and are appropriately licensed and fully insured.
